Albaicin walking tours in Granda

I am finally finalizing all the activities I have been researching for our upcoming trip to Spain. I just have a few details which are minor but I need some help with one before we commit. Circerone has a walking tour of Albaicin & Sacromonte. They run the tours at 5, 7, and 10:30. Sunset on this day is approximately 7:45. Are these neighborhoods best seen in the early evening when there is still light or when the sun sets? It goes to the San Nicolas viewpoint but I think it is the first stop. The tour is for 2 hours. I know I am overthinking it, like some of us do - you know who you are - but I can’t help myself.

I am doing a similar walking tour in late Sept via AirBnB experiences. Starts at 6:30pm and goes until 9pm. I'd probably go with the 7pm tour but choose 5pm if you prefer more daylight - as long as it won't be too hot.

I was leaning towards the 7 pm tour. We’ll have some daylight and see the sunset. We are hoping it won’t be too hot, I wasn’t going to pack for summer heat.
