Hi, my husband and I going to Spain in Summer, for 25 days in June/July and we are looking for places that has great beaches, with plenty of shops and restaurants... we really enjoy great beaches, plenty of restaurants to choose from and we love shopping

From the sound of it you're looking for perhaps bigger places? June/July is definitely the high season and really there are no undiscovered places on the Spanish coast this time of year so prepare to rub shoulders with a lot of other tourists. You also don't mention what part of Spain you'll be traveling to, our coastline is quite large and encompasses both the Atlantic and Mediterranean sides.
