I will be taking the train from Valladolid to Madrid Charmatin train station , then a taxi to the airport for a EasyJet flight to Paris , early evening. Does anyone know the estimated taxi fare from this train station to EasyJet terminal? Anything else I should know? Thanks

why don't you just take the train from Chamartin to the airport? 11 minutes.

Easyjet uses Terminal 1 and the train goes only to Terminal 4, so you will have to take a shuttle bus between them: http://www.aena.es/csee/Satellite/Aeropuerto-Madrid-Barajas/en/Page/1237554331229//Connections-between-terminals.html
The flat rate for a taxi between "central" Madrid (inside the M30 ring road, whcih does include Charmartin) and the airport is €30. No extra tip is needed - just confirm they are using the flat €30 rate before getting in.
