We want to do a day trip to Segovia from Charmartin, but will have 1 carry on size suitcase and a backpack. I've heard there is a place to store luggage at this train station. My question is will it accommodate a small airport size carry on suitcase? Thanks

Accomodates everything, there are different sizes of lockers
