Hi, I need help to find out about the cercanias network in madrid. Does it bring one to any tourist attractions or things to see for youngters.
And how the metro is connected to cercanias. Are metro stations and cercanias stations side by side ? Or cercanias stations are located far apart from the metro stations.

There are many tourist attractions in Madrid, so I don't know which ones you're interested in.
Cercanias is a network of suburban trains traveling within Madrid & it's surrounding areas.
Some of the Cercanias stations are located within some of the Metro stations.
Here is a map of Madrid's Metro system & you can see the Cercanias icon (red circle with white C) on the map key.
