I had posted earlier about tickets to Casa Vicens. Today I could purchase tickets for October 18, but it seems the only "guided tours" in English are at 10:00 hr. and 16:00 hr. Am I understanding the site correctly? I was hoping to find a tour that began sometime between 12:00 hr. and 14:30 hr.

I see the same thing you do.
Casa Vicens hasn't been open long, and it is not as centrally located as Casa Mila and Casa Batllo. I suppose it doesn't (yet) have enough traffic to justify more frequent English-language tours. I think Sant Pau had only one English tour per day at the time of my 2016 visit.
I wonder whether Casa Vicens is working on audio guides. That's what Casa Mila and Casa Batllo use. Ask about that when you get to the site.
