Somehow I feel there is more to the question. If you already have made reservations for a car, then you know the exact location of the office, and can figure out how far it is from the train station, then determine if it is too far to walk, or if a bus comes by, or a taxi is necessary. If you don't have a car yet, then figure that out first, and if there is a drop-off for the agency you picked.

I don't entirely understand the qustion, but Antequera SA station is in the middle of nowhere, so if you're dropping your hire car in the city of Antequera itself (which is about 15km away), then you will need a taxi to get to the station. There may also be an irregular bus service, but taxi will be more convenient.

And, you are sure it is Antequera SA you want? There is also another station Antequera Ciudad. SA is generally for the fast services.
