Hi, I am planning on a solo trip, 8 nights between Cordoba, Ronda and Granada. Should I rent a car to make the most of my time? Is it easy to drive and park? Thank you all in advance.

No need to rent a car which you will not use once you arrive at your destinations.
There is a direct train between Córdoba and Ronda that takes 2h. There is also a train from Ronda to Granada that requires a transfer. This journey takes 3h 15m: https://www.renfe.com/es/en. I’m unable to pull up train service from Granada to Ronda.

Unless you intend on stopping at places en route, there’s no reason to have a rental car for the places you’re going.
