My wife and I are soon to be first-time visitors to Spain, starting in Madrid. I read Rick's post about cannabis clubs in spain. It seems he endorses the experience for those who'd be interested. But as was the case when we traveled to "legal-pot" Uruguay in 2017, I don't find specific information anywhere about how to safely and legally execute a transaction.
We don't speak Spanish and don't have a native to counsel us. Thanks for any help.
