Can you leave Prado Museum for lunch then return on same ticket?

I’ve not done this but I do believe this is possible since the ticket is valid for the whole day.

If you’re interested in visiting the museum on two separate days, there’s a special ticket for this. You can check ticket prices here.

I did this in 2013 so I am not sure if anything has changed. Before we left, we had to get our tickets stamped, which allowed us to re-enter the museum on the same day.

You can leave the Prado Museum and return anytime you want without having to go back to the ticket office- make sure you get your ticket stamped before you leave- look for EDUCACION counter at the Jeronimos entrance, or ask a Security guard at the other access.

Good morning,

I would like to inform you that you can go out and return as many times as you want to, because the ticket is valid all the day long,
but bear in mind that before leaving you must get your tickets stamped
at security control.
