Camins de Ronda

Our family will be staying outside of Begur this June. I have been trying to find information about the specific Cami de Ronda trail between towns. Most of the websites I have found say there is a trail, I can see the route, but I have not found a specific map. Our plan was to walk from the Cap sa Sal area to Sa Tuna, have lunch and a swim, and then walk back to our flat. Any advice on the condition of the trail and/or a restaurant to have lunch? Would we need to pre-book lunch in June? Are there any other must do walks/ destinations on the Cami de Ronda?

Camins de ronda are fairly well signalled and the walks are easy and very pleasant -as you can see in the pictures in the second example. The purpose of camins de ronda (as the name indicates: shore paths) was for the Police in the early 19th century to be able to patrol on foot the myriad of small coves in Costa Brava -literally, rough coast, in Catalan, the local language- to prevent smugglers from illegally entering goods into the country. These had to be paths that allowed for quick movement from one cove to the next therefore they had to be, to a certain extent, "easy" to walk.
