If you’re visiting off season, any of them. Cadiz really isn’t that large so walk around and find one that looks good to you. Cadiz isn’t a main tourist destination since it has no major attractions, but it does get some tourists.

It’s busy and maybe touristy but lunch at the Mercado Central (Market) in Cadiz is fun with lots of options…especially seafood.
