Buying tickets for Spain using Trainline

We booked our train and bus tickets directly with the companies online. I believe Trainline would be more expensive.

We booked our tickets through Renfe directly. The only problem we had was paying, our CC wouldn’t go through so we had to use PayPal.
We booked tickets during 2 separate trips.

I've used Trainline to buy tickets in several European countries. Very easy and only a small booking fee.
