We want to take the first bus of the day at 9:05 on a weekday at the end of September from Marbella to Ronda. Should we reserve that in advance or just show up and buy tickets that morning?
We'd like to return to Marbella sometime later that afternoon but would like to leave our options open. Is that going to be an issue if we haven't booked the seats in advance?
I found the schedule and prices on the Andalusia site but it doesn't let me book the seats on that site. Is there another site to book them?
There is a bus station in Marbella where you pick this bus up, go there a day or two before and purchase if you want peace of mind.
I have never failed to be on any bus in Spain, if I have turned up thirty minutes before to purchase and rarely been on a full bus unless in a city. A couple of times I have purchased at the bus station a day before for an inter city journey but the buses were not full. I have seen a few disappointments and been disappointed a couple of times myself as a late comer. There is always a next, minutes or probably in this case an hour or two later.
Whether a particular journey, there or back, is going to be extra popular requires a crystal ball and mine has never worked ;-)
