I want to go to see Salvador Dali's house.
Is it that buses are not running on this route in January or that the schedule for 2020 is just not posted yet?

Where did you have a look?
In any case, schedules change throughout the year, according to demand and other factors, much like the airlines or trains, so it's perfectly normal that schedules for 2020 are not yet posted.

I looked at moventis.es. The schedule goes to December 31 currently. I will just have to wait and figure a way there later.
