My plan in October is to visit any two of these cities. Two or three days each. Which two cities do you recommend?

I spent three days in Burgos last October and found it to be a great place to visit. There are many things to do and see there, but the Burgos cathedral is truly awesome - one of the best I've seen in Spain. I stayed at the Meson El Cid, adjacent to the cathedral. An excellent central hotel with a very good restaurant.
