We are trying to pinch pennies a bit on our trip to Spain after a Spring splurge to Italy, Greece, and Turkey and have booked the Hotel Continental Palacete in Barcelaona in part because we thought their 24-hour buffet would allow us to eat breakfast and lunch or dinner there and just get some get tapas for the third meal. There isn't a lot in the reviews about the food so I'm wondering whether anyone can comment on it. We're not picky eaters, and if there's fruit, yogurt, cereal, breads, and maybe items to make a salad or sandwich we'll be OK. If we can save here, we can splurge on one of our other stops.
Also, where are your favorite tapas places in Barcelona?
