We will be in Spain in early July and want to do a 2-3 night bike tour and a 2-3 night sailing trip. We will be staying in Barcelona . The level would be moderate; nothing too high intensity but not beginner. Any recommendations on companies that do this and where? We would also be ok with going somewhere else , like St Sebastian for the biking since it will be hot down south. Thanks Laura
