Could somebody please suggest best app that shows weather history for different cities in Spain . Thank you.

I like this one: https://www.wunderground.com/history. Enter City or Airport Code and date. Click View. Click on Monthly under History, then scroll down to the bottom to see the high/low temp and rainfall amount for each day. Adjust the date for different years.
The Calendar view is also nice, as it shows you if it was Sunny, Cloudy, etc.
