Best way to get from Bayonne to Zaragoza in a day

I am wondering if this leg of our 6 week adventure is too ambitious... We are planning to travel on a Monday October 30, thinking that more transport options are available then. Just want someone to confirm that this is can be accomplished in one day by train, bus or a combination and getting in to Zaragoza at a reasonable time, that is before 22:00.

You have to check different legs of the schedule separately, since most of the transfers across the border from Hendaye to Irun or San Sebastian are by local EuskoTren - see schedule. Frequent regional trains from Bayonne to Hendaye take 45 minutes. If you're going for a morning connection to Zaragoza, you'd probably make that at Irun.

Or you could layover in San Sebastian for a few hours and catch the direct afternoon departure to Zaragoza at 16:00. Schedules for that last, important leg are not yet published past Sept. 11, so you'll have to check again later. But we have no reason to expect that they will not be similar.

Rome2Rio.com surprised me by coming up with a bus routing involving a change in Pamplona. Only the second bus is ALSA, but it appears that ALSA may have the full schedule. The website isn't working on my tablet, though, so I can't check the details.

Thanks everyone. I ended up changing our itinerary. Flying from Biarritz to Madrid, just 1 hour flight and about same price and arriving before noon. A luxury other options did not afford. From there I can take an AVE to Zaragoza in 1.5 hours. So now we have the solution!
