My fiancé and I are headed to Madrid, Seville and Granada from June 18-26 this summer. We're very excited! We both love good food and would like to make a few reservations at top-notch restaurants. It'll be our honeymoon so we're willing to splurge on a few fancier meals. What are the best restaurants these days?

The problem with restaurant recommendations is that it is such a subjective thing. What one person considers good food contrasts widely with what others would consider. I've been to restaurants based on recommendations (even from friends) and been disappointed.
It may be a cliché but the Michelin guide is still relevant and if you're seeking high end restaurants then Michelin rated ones are likely to feature in your selection. If I were looking to splurge out on very good restaurants I wouldn't seek advice on these forums (with all due respect to the contributors!).
