So it looks like there are several routes to take. Anyone have any advice on stations to take/avoid?
Starting at la Latina or opera or puerto del sol or tirso de Molina. Thanks in advance!

Nothing to specifically avoid, 7AM is before rush-hour. Fastest connection is probably from Sol: Cercanias train to Nuevos Ministerios -> Metro line 8 to Aeropuerto (check your terminal!). Other starting points involve two changes.
