We need to go from Tarifa to Granada, in September. Is it better to go by bus from Tarifa to Malaga to Granada or Tarifa to Algeciras to Granada ? Third choice bus from Tarifa to Algeciras, and train from Algeciras to Granada ? None of the choices is great, I just don't know which is better.

The only difference that matters to me is the schedule. Prices are all relatively cheap. The bus ride from Tarifa to Algeciras takes half an hour, then walk a few blocks to the train station, then a direct train to Granada takes about 4.5 hours, departing at 11:45 or 15:30; www.renfe.es. That's a pretty easy option, but if you want to compare bus schedules, see www.alsa.es.

Actually, closer to 1 block. Search for "San Bernardo Estación De Autobuses" on Google Maps.
