Hoping to find the best beach city in Spain. Not sure we'll find what we hope to, Looking for swimmable water, soft sand, and fairly clear/warm water. Also want an all inclusive hotel on the beach, with interesting things in the town. Yep, I know, pretty weird want list for a European city/country.

When??? That is a tall order given that most European beaches are rarely the fine sand you find in Florida and Caribbean. And the all inclusive hotel on the beach is not that common either.

Did you think of Canary Islands which are part of Spain? Last early spring I visited Tenerife Island; the town of Los Cristianos. You can swim there in the ocean all year long. The beaches are soft sand. I also took a bus tour around the island. There is so much to see there.
