Will be traveling to Barcelona very soon - planning beach time.
Do beaches in Barcelona provide beach towels? Is there a fee? Is there a fee to go on the beaches there?

Also - wondering, are there a lot of rip currents in the Mediterranean? Around Spain and South of France?
