BCN airport departure/wait time - early morning

Hello,
We are flying out of BCN to Granada Spain at 7:20 am on Vueling. We wil be flying out on a Saturday.

Anyone have suggestions on how early we should arrive, considering the early morning time and security wait time? We haven’t flown out of BCN before. The check-in desk opens at 4:50 am, however, the thought of getting at BCN during that time seems too early. Perhaps 5:30 am arrival to BCN?

Are you sure the check in desk opens that early. We waited a long time at BCN for our airline(Iberia) desk to open early morning.
