My wife and I am going in September 2020. I walked Camino in 2016, same time of year. This time we are going to do an auto trip on the Camino, with the tour hike the only section we would actually walk. Someone please comment.
I don't understand the question. There are various routes of the Camino, with two sections in Basque country.

I think the op posted in the wrong section, I think they are referring to the Rick Steves Basque Country tour
If doing an auto tour, can it be assumed you’ll get a rental car after the RS tour, or am I not understanding the question? Is the driving Camino, the French, northern, or Primitive Camino? If driving the French Camino, I can tell you the places we stopped for photos back in 2017. Maybe one day I’ll walk the entire Camino, but for now, the 70 miles section I walked from Sarria to Santiago last year, will have to do.
What section of the Camino de Santiago does the Rick Steves Basque Tour walk ? I know it is only part of a single day. Does anyone know ?
When I went on the RS tour in 2017, we started at Alto del Perdón and ended at the church Santa Maria de Eunate.
If that’s the leg of the Camino you will walk, you’ll be walking about 7 miles. Alto de Perdon is a nice overlook.
Thanks very much!
