Hi Everyone! Planning a trip to the Basque Region and then on to Belgium in early to mid-November. Will probably spend about 4-5 days in Basque, mainly on the Spain side and perhaps day-tripping to the French side. It will be off-season, of course but wondering if many things stay open during that period or if it will feel deserted? Also, weather is hard to predict but any insights on rain and temperatures then, as well? Thanks!
