We're 5 adults spending 5 nights in Barcelona and 5 nights in Seville with two days, 1 night in between. We're thinking of driving to Valencia and then toward Granada and Seville. Any suggestions on where to break up the trip for the night? PS we're spending our last 3 nights in Madrid. Also we leave Barcelona on Sunday morning.

Only one night between Barcelona and Séville?
It is a very long drive. I understand that a car is economical with five people however so I guess that's why you're not flying or taking a train.
To allow time to visit Granada: book these Alhambra tickets and sleep as close to Granada as you can on the day you leave Barcelona. Lorca is nice.
There is not much time to visit Valencia on such a journey, I'd prioritize Granada over it.

It’s a minimum of 516 miles and that’s if you could drive in a straight line. Valencia is 188 miles, Murcia is 293 miles, Manzanares is 336 miles, and Granada is 423 miles from Barcelona. On a good note, it’s mostly interstate driving. Pick your poison.
