Hi,

There are three stops in Barcelona according to the line description :
BARCELONA-C.Tarragona 129
BARCELONA-Av.Gran Via 658
BARCELONA-C.Aragó 271
The Gran Via stop is the most central.
I can't vouch for the accuracy of this info, but here's one set of instructions:
You'll no doubt have a different starting point, so just look at the "By bus and Metro" instructions beginning at Placa d'Espanya.
The bus company website indicates a stop (the stop?) at Av. Gran Via 658:
I suspect you'll have to start by searching for the route from Barcelona to Besalu.
You can also try getting directions from Google Maps.
A warning about the return trip: I did a day-trip from Girona to Besalu in 2016. The return bus came through Besalu at least 8 minutes early. I'd have missed that bus if I had allowed only a 5-minute fudge factor. Bus times at intermediate stops are just guesstimates.
I'd also recommend avoiding the last bus of the day if you can. I had a bus farther west simply not show up at all on that same trip, stranding me in Ripoll for the night. It was a Sunday, and I guess ridership was expected to be low.
We were just in Besalu and Girona two days ago. It is much easier to take the 75-minute Rodalies ( You want the R11 or “R-eleven”) commuter train from Barcelona’s “Passeig de Gracia” transit station to Girona ( tix are about €7 each way) and then walk to the adjacent Girona bus station and catch a 25-minute bus to Besalu. This way, you also get to see Girona’s Old Town. Most attractions in Girona’s Old Town are open until 7 pm. There are frequent buses between Girona and Besalu.

Thank you all for help! To add some context.. here's my tentative plan and question.
Barcelina to Besalu
• Direct bus by Teisa.
• Schedule found on http://www.teisa-bus.com but I was not able to purchase a ticket
• Depart Barcelona at 9:15, arrive in Baselu at 10:56. 18 euro
Q: Catch the bus at Av. Gran Via 658 (Thank you, acraven, for looking up)? Buy a ticket from the driver??
Teisa BARCELONA office:
c. de Roger de Llúria, 26, entl. 2B
Or is this where I can catch the bus?
Besalu to Girona
• Teisa bus depart Besalu at 13:05/Arrive in Girona 13:50. 4.5 euro
• This allows 2 hours in Besalu. Is it enough time to walk around the town?
Girona to Barcelona
• Renfe depart Girona around 18:50/arrive Barcelona - Sants Train station around 19:30
• 13.9 euro. Takes 39 minutes
Q: This allows 5 hours to browse Girona. Is this enough time to hit in highlights and have lunch without rushing? Would it better to give up Baselu to spend a full day in Girona? Maybe too relaxing for teenagers (age 15 and 17)?
