Barcelona tickets

How many weeks ahead do I need to purchase tickets for Sacrada Familia, Park Guell and La Perdera for a visit in late February? Is early January soon enough?

When are you visiting? We are doing all 3 of those with a private guide 2nd week of October and I booked mid August. If you are going in peak season I would book earlier.

Not sure exactly when you should buy your tix and demand for tickets in February if not as high as it is in September, the month I was there.
Just note, though, becau se they are hugely popular Barcelona attractions, the best strategy to avoid standing in lines is to get timed tix for the OPENING TIMES at Sagrada Família and La Pedrera. After they open at 9 or 9:30am, the security and entry lines often begin backing up. When that happens, having a 10am time on your ticket doesn’t necessarily mean you will actually be admitted at 10am. So, aim for opening hour time slots if possible.

The nearby “Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau” ( Saint Paul’s Hospital complex) an Art Nouveau architectural masterpiece designed by Lluis Montaner pairs well with Sagrada Família. It’s about a 10-minute walk away.
