Barcelona, southern Spain and southern Portugal, 16 nights fly, drive, train? Any ideas welcome.

No change. Still arriving Barcelona 10/17, departing Lisbon 11/2. Want to spend 4-5 nights in Barcelona, fly to Seville for 4 nights and 4 nights in Lisbon at the end. Trying to make one additional stop for the remaining 3-4 nights. Any suggestions?

Is a visit to the Algarve (southern Portugal) region in late October (weather?) advisable? Where is best town to stay?
