I have been to Barcelona a few years ago and am returning for two days this summer. Looking for suggestions to do out of the standard ordinary sightseeing that I have already done. Suggestions are requested. I am staying in the heart of the city.
Thank you.
Hi MrMet,
Below is a link to our recent Barcelona TR/photo essay 'From Born to Bielsa.' Maybe some useful ideas in there?
cheers

Here is a list from Atlas Obscura: https://www.atlasobscura.com/things-to-do/barcelona-spain/places
My husband and I went to the Barcelona Maritime Museum last month. It is located close to the Christopher Columbus Monument near the end of La Rambla. We really enjoyed our two hours there. The star of the museum is a gorgeous reproduction (full-sized I believe) of a royal galley. The building the museum is housed in is several hundred years old. Depending on your age, they offer a senior discount as well.
Colonia Guell is interesting; I don't think it's on the Atlas Obscura list.
