Barcelona Restaurant suggestions?

We are looking for a small, quiet restaurant in the Barri Gotic or Eixemple neighborhood where we can have dinner for two with wine for €100 or less. Catalan, Spanish, or Mediterranean food, and we especially like seafood. Not über-trendy ( meaning no foam creations). It must be a place where we can reserve in advance. We like to dine around 7:30 so an upscale tapas place is fine, as long as it has a quiet area and an actual menu ( not pointing at selections from the bar).

We enjoyed the food at Cerveceria Catalana last time, but they do not take reservations. Qu Qu was too casual, and Taller de Tapas seems to invoke scorn on the part of locals (at least on TripAdvisor). A small full-service restaurant would be fine too. The noise level is the most important as it drives my husband crazy to have to talk over a lot of "buzz" from the bar.

Wow, that’s a long list-inexpensive, small, open early, reservations, not trendy, quiet, neighborhood specific. We dined well here https://elbarri.com/en/restaurant/tickets/ at that time. It was not quiet but not overly noisy. Some items are expensive but you can dine well for a bit more than your budget if you stick to the less expensive tapas and wine. Trendy? Well, yes, but I don’t recall foam.

Actually, using the filters on TripAdvisor I have found quite a few candidates with an appealing menu, nice ambiance, good ratings, and reservable online starting at 7:30 pm. The trick is figuring out if they are quiet enough.

El Born area would work too.
