My wife and I will be in Barcelona for 3 nights in mid-May. Can any recommend a good medium price hotel?

According to booking.com prices range from $50-$600, meaning 'medium' is $325 per night for a room for 2 ( ~300 euro) Is that what you mean by 'medium'?

I guess I mean a lower price hotel——not over $200.

Rick recommends “BacHome Gallery B&B” which is in a fantastic location just a few blocks from Casa Battlo, Casa Milo, and the Passeig de Gracia in the Eixample neighborhood. We stayed here. It’s conveniently close to the Metro /Train stations at Passeig de Gracia so you can catch not only the metro but Rodalies trains to cities outside Barcelona. It’s a 7-room property in a neo-classical building with an elevator and AC. Supermarkets and cafes nearby. Nice views from the breakfast room.
A great value for Barcelona.
