Looking for non touristy restaurants for dinner in Barcelona. Any suggestions?

We take local transport out of the known tourist zones and stroll till we find a restaurant filled with locales. Majority of experiences have been wonderful. We also use this time to try foods unfamiliar to us and consider the cost of the meal to be a low risk investment into learning.
