Barcelona - hotel or apartment on a quiet street

We really liked our hotel that we stayed at last year. We had rooms on the backside, which were a (distant) ocean view, and it was very quiet. We just returned from Barcelona. After our first hotel's a/c didn't work, we moved to Gracia Garden Apartment that we booked through Booking.com. It was just a couple of blocks from where we were staying originally, and it's just north of Diagonal, a major street in the university district. The property is highly rated and in high demand.

On a side street near La Sagrada Familia. Apart hotel Hispanos7Suizas. Helpful front desk, units have full kitchens, W/D. We had a quiet 2B2Bath unit for the two of us in the rear of the building. Would stay there again.
