Hi!
We are in the very beginning stages of trip planning-traveling with my husband and older children all with school schedules so can travel in mid/late April or in the summer. I am looking for input on weather in Barcelona/Costa Brava for mid/late April. Specifically Costa Brava and also whether most restaurants are open? Is it typically rainy? Is the water swimmable? Thank you in advance!

Two things I can say for sure, or as sure as I can be:
Restaurants will be open by mid-April, with the possible exception of some beach bar/restaurants.
Water will be much too cold for swimming.
