Barcelona - Concert at Palau de la Musica OR The Magic Fountain of Montjuïc

Hello -

I'm hoping to get opinions on which one to select. I land at 5PM (BCN) from Paris and will be staying in Barcelona for 3 nights starting Sunday. I wanted to take advantage of that Sunday night, but there's one concert that Sunday night at 9:30PM (Tablao & Opera show - during my 3 night stay) or see the Magic Fountain (9PM -11PM) as it doesn't play Mon - Wed. I want to mention that I have reservations in Madrid for a Tablao show & dinner so I wasn't sure if I should just visit the Palau de la Musica venue or attend a show, and actually catch the water show on Sunday.

I think you have perhaps answered your own question.
A concert at 9.30pm after a day travelling would I know see my eyes becoming heavy.
Enjoy the free show at the fountains and take a guided tour of the Palau de la Musica Catalana.

The land of OZ has nailed the answer. Do take the tour of the Palau, go online to determine english speaking tour times and reserve your spot as during tourist seasons the tours can sell out. Kudos for wanting to attend a concert as this is a must do event every time we are in Barc.
