Which of the 3 cards for Barcelona sights is the best option? We will be here for a week.

What three cards?
In any case, it always depends on what you want to see and do and how many of those things are included in the card under consideration. For example, I have absolutely no interest in a hop-on/hop-off bus, so a card that includes that will probably be overpriced for me.
Many of the modernista sights in Barcelona cost 20 euros or more per person, so the pay-as-you-go plan can be pretty costly in that city. But I don't know whether the cards you're considering cover La Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell, Casa Batllo, and Casa Mila (La Pedrera).
