Looking for recommendations for an apartment or other vacation rental for 2 couples in Barcelona in Gothic area for a few days in October. Preferably in the Gothic section.

This past February, I stayed in a two bedroom apartment with my son and daughter in law, at the "Aspasios Rambla Catalunya Suites". It was probably a ten minute walk to Las Ramblas and the Gothic quarter. One bedroom was large with either a queen or king sized bed. My bedroom was very small but managed to fit two twin beds, a nightstand, and a built in shelving unit with space to hang up clothes. There was one bathroom. I would consider staying there again.
On a previous trip almost two years ago, my friends and I stayed at a two bedroom apartment, "Easy Sleep Eixample" on Cr. Sicilia. It was further from the Gothic quarter but was still walkable to the Gothic quarter and closer to Sagrada Familia. The "master" bedroom had either a queen or king sized bed and the other bedroom was fairly large, with two twins. This apartment had two bathrooms. I would consider staying there again as well.
Both of these apartments had small but adequate kitchens, a washing machine, living area and dining room table. Both also had small balconies.
