Can anyone give me advice on the best way to get from the airport to Hotel Europark at Carrer d'Aragó, 323-325, I will be traveling with luggage and by myself.

There is a very reasonably priced bus (Aerobus) that goes from El Prat to Placa de Catalunya, no stops. My foggy recollection is that it was about 30 minutes.

The Aerobus fare is about 6 euros while a taxi is around 25. Depending on the location of your hotel, the walk from the bus drop off could be quite long. The taxi option takes you directly to your destination unless your hotel is in a pedestrian zone - and Barcelona has many of them - in which case, a short walk is in order. Cobbled streets abound.
Barcelona is a special place. You will love it.

If there are 2 or more of you, you are coming off an overseas flight, you have luggage, I would suggest a taxi. It will run 20-35 Euros. More money than the bus but the convenience is worth it in my opinion.
