We flew into BCN on July 2. We had zero wait for immigration and customs.
The airport recommends arriving 3 hours before our flight departs on July 9. I'm thinking about arriving 2 hours before.
Does anyone have recent experience with getting through the security lines at BCN?
I have a 15 hour travel day to Seattle and an extra hour of sleep would be very welcome.

We just returned home last night from Barcelona. We had a 1:40pm departure and were at the airport by 10:15am. We had about an hour and forty-five minutes to kill before we boarded. Lines were not crazy long and if you can have your boarding pass ahead of time or use Verifly, that helps.

I flew from BCN last week and arrived two hours before my flight and had plenty of time. I spent more time in line waiting to check my bag than I did in the security lines. They were long, but they moved quickly.
