Barcelona Airport Orange SIM card kiosk?

I searched forum but didnt see any answers to my Q :(
My girlfriend and I are going to walk the Camino in Spain. Flying into Barcelona airport and immediately flying to Santiago. No time to go to Orange Store to get a Holiday SIM card.
I recall when my husband and I arrived in Barcelona Spain last year, there was a kiosk.
My big questions:

  1. Is the Orange store kiosk at the Barcelona airport permanent?
  2. Do they provide the card AND install/initiate it?
  3. Is the pricing similar to going to actual Orange store? Thanks for any help :)

I don't know if its permanent. We were there in July of 2019 and got a SIM in the airport at the kiosk (it was at the entrance to a little market in the cafe area of the airport) that they installed and initiated. I dont know the price bc my hubby did it :/
