I'm looking for a good hotel to stay at the Barcelona Airport for an early morning flight. I would like it to have a shuttle into the city the night before so we can have 1 last night out in the city. Price range no more than 150 euros please.

My advice? stay in the city... the train or direct bus (Aerobus) can take you there. Look for a hotel near Plaça Espanya, Plaça Urquinaona or Plaça Catalunya (plaça=square) which are in the line of Aerobus and you're set: will be able to enjoy your last night in the city and yet reach the airport easily next morning!
A taxi from the central areas of Barcelona to the airport isn't that expensive, if you don't want to use the Aerobus (which works well too).
But is important to see the schedule of the Aerobus, because I'm not completaly sure works 24 hours a day. Another good option is an hotel near Sans Stació, with train service to El Prat. Check the Schedules too---
