Barcelona Airport Connection time

I am wondering how much time I need to make a connection at the Barca airport. I have an international flight out of Barcelona at 12:20 headed to Heathrow, then Portland, OR. I will be flying in that morning on Vueling from Sevilla. There are several of these short flights to choose from and I'm wondering how much time I should have between landing from Sevilla and connecting to my British Airways flight? 3 hours or 4 hours? Does anyone know if I will need to go out and back through ticketing again? I will have carry on only. Thanks!!

I read 90 minutes was enough for a terminal to terminal connection. I booked with 2 hours. I fly in from Barcelona before going on to Heathrow. In London I only have 100 minutes to go from Terminal 3 to 5. That's my concern. 3 hours I wouldn't even sweat.
