We are staying in L’Eixample and plan on going to La Sagrada Familia and Park Guell on our first day. Thinking about first reservation at 10. Which should we do first? Then what time should second reservation be? We will stop for quick lunch in between. TIA?

You don't say what month you are going... but I would do Parc Guell in the AM, as in summer it gets hotter in the afternoon. If you are only interested in seeing the monumental area, then 1 to 1 1/2 hours is adequate, otherwise 2 hours. 10 am is a good time to book.
From Parc Guell, you could walk DOWN to the metro station either Lesseps or Vallacarca. Or a taxi. Take it Sagrada Familia metro. Eat lunch in that area. I would book Sagrada familia for 2:00pm or 2:30 pm. My two cents.

We did the reverse and it worked well for us: booked Sagrada Familia at opening so we had time inside before it became crowded; walked to Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau, toured and had lunch; then took a bus up to Parc Guell mid to late afternoon.
