Would love some recommendations on accommodations in Barcelona. AirBnB or Apartment would be preferred. Have stayed in a hostel before so can consider that as well. Trying to save some money. Thanks in advance

Just go to AirBnB (desktop/laptop and not phone nor app) and set your search criteria.
That is what I did.
My prior experiences with AirBnB is that photos, descriptions and reviews are accurate.

I saw under the travel tips section on this site, there is a site listed called couch surfing.com Seems like a lot of people have great experiences and it seems to be a great way to meet locals. It's free to stay with people. Some have private rooms others shared rooms. IF you consider this definitely read the reviews left by previous couch surfers.
