Hello! My husband and I will travel from Mallorca to Denia on Friday, June 1 and are leaning towards taking the Balearia ferry: has anybody taken the ferry? Positive vs. negative experiences?
The alternative of flying to Valencia or Alicante and taking the train/renting a car to get to Denia feel inconvenient.... but an 8 hour ferry ride makes me a little nervous, too. It's a long time to be trapped on a boat if it's a poor experience.
The vessel is the Bahama Mama and we are thinking about doing a private cabin. No kids/pets/cars and our destination isn't flexible (we have a wedding in Denia).
