However, I found an earlier TripAdvisor post, alluding to the availability of storage at the Toledo bus station, which is located between the train station and the historic part of the city. Some Googling may allow you to confirm that the service still being offered there.

Toledo's train station albeit beautiful, it's very small so there's no left luggage, however, if you'll be taking the train from Madrid's Puerta de Atocha Station, you can leave your luggage in a secure locker there.
- Check map of Atocha's station here
- Look for the green "Consigna" signs [#5 (green)on the diagram] on the ground floor past the Tropical Gardens, near the Burger King.
We left one of our bags there for 5 days when we visited Toledo.
